MECHANICAL & FLUID SYSTEMS INTERNSHIP - SPAIN

Position: Fluid System Engineer internship

Location: Tarragona facilities, Polígono Ind. L’Alba, Vila-seca.

Your Day-to-Day

• Under the guidance of a mentor, develop MATLAB custom functions for internal use.
• Perform system thermal-hydraulic modelling guided by a mentor.
• Support more senior engineering personnel in various design and analysis efforts.
• Perform equipment and system sizing calculations for the AP300 small modular reactor.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor or Master student of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear preferred).
• Candidate should be EU citizen, authorized to work in Spain.
• Experience with MATLAB is desirable; familiarity with AFT FATHOM is preferable.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum B2 or equivalent).
• No prior experience is required.
