Your Responsibilities ?
- Customer Support: Represent Pluxe, assisting customers with inquiries about passwords, personal data changes, undelivered orders, tax certificate requests, and more.
- Active Listening: Precisely determine customer needs and provide the best solutions efficiently and correctly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive top-notch service, ending each conversation with satisfaction.
