We're currently searching for an enthusiastic Engineer to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the group and create a big impact on the acquisition of top technical talents. You're going to have global exposure and be able to find and work with very dedicated professionals in a great environment.

Integrating the HR team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including:

1. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
2. Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals.
3. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding.
4. Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent.
5. Strive for excellence in candidate quality.
6. Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts.
7. Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process.
8. Keep tracking of the information in our system.
9. Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires.
10. Participate in other HR related topics.
11. Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group.

Requirements

Ideal qualifications:

1. English and local language fluency mandatory. German very valued, other languages are a plus.
2. Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) preferred, or HR / Finance related fields with experience recruiting engineering technical positions.
3. Passion for quality and search for excellence.
4. Good team spirit.
5. Excellent communication skills.
