? Your Profile
- Education: Secondary Education
- Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
- Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus
- Personal Traits:
- Willingness to learn and motivation to do sales
- Strong customer orientation and persuasiveness
- Excellent listening skills and self-expression
- Empathy and self-confidence

- Coachable
? Your Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads
- Aim to sign Luminus contracts and assist with digital contract signing
- Compare tariffs between Luminus and other suppliers
- Convince prospects to become Luminus clients
- Conduct a Happy Call within 48 hours after contract signing to verify details
- Propose and sell additional Luminus products and services
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
