As Customer Care Specialist for Dutch-speaking clients, you will be responsible for supporting clients and handling internal communications and administrative processes. On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience. Your ChallengesSolve problems, claims and complaints promptlySupport clients and accounts representatives in the use of the company’s portalBuild trust with the clients by providing solutions and updatesEnsure a smoothly user experience on the company’s portalTrack communications and issues on the company’s systemProactively gather customer feedback to develop and improveAchieve customer satisfaction and productivity weekly goalsParticipate in team meetings to stay up to date on relevant informationSupport in the data migration to a new SAP system as part of a company-wide effortWho is this job made for?
