CPO & co-founder DTC Toys brandAntai is looking for a CPO & co-founder for a Direct to Consumer Brand in the toys and edtech space for kids. Antai Venture Builder is an international group of online and mobile businesses. We build disruptive and digital solutions in Southern Europe and Latin America. Together with the best- prepared professionals, Antai co-founded several fast-growing start-ups such as Wallapop, Glovo, Deliberry, SingularCover, Elma and Nemuru among others. Location: BarcelonaAs a CPO you will be responsible for:Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition as well as the product roadmap. Analyze, prioritize and translate customer needs into ideas for product development. Become a key member of the executive team contributing to wider corporate strategy, policy and implementing the strategic plan. Work closely with the CEO of the company developing and monitoring important KPIs for the company such as product engagement, retention, community participation etc. Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business. Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. Requirements:Deep understanding of the different learning methodologies and processes that enhance creativity, critical thinking and problem solving on kids. Experience building products with an educational purpose (physical/digital).
