Your responsibilities include supporting the Senior Manager to optimise and elevate the Small Business journey and conversion points of and our web marketing funnel for Small Business. This role will manage the workflow of the Testing Roadmap through briefing, stakeholder management and QA processes. This role will be instrumental in improving the effectiveness of our testing process to drive new customer acquisition, creating demand and driving LTV and ultimately transform Sage’s customer experience for the Small Business Segment. #LI-CR2Responsabilidades principales• Contribute insights and actions to the Testing Roadmap by analysing and interpreting trends and patterns in website data• Review and propose new tests to meet KPIs where required• Work closely with the Trading Manager and Trading Executive to align live tests with the promotional trading plan• Work closely with the Web Content Optimisation Team to ensure smooth execution and running of tests• Measure and report effectiveness of live tests, and provide recommendations for pivoting to improve conversion touchpoints• Develop and maintain reports to provide regular performance and KPI reporting that can drive business decisions daily. • Work with the Senior Manager to rollout digital testing strategies, roadmaps and plans with data analysis and insights, working together with broader cross functional teams including WCM WCO, XD, Product, Global Content etc• Agile approach to working, meeting and reporting daily, weekly and quarterly• Work cross functionally with teams including WCO, WCM, Product, Marketing Ops, Marketing, Customer Success• Conduct regular analysis of competitor and non-competitor websites to keep abreast of best-practices for online customer experience with a view to driving change and improvements for Skill set• Passionate about digital marketing• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Strong numerical and analytical skills – the ability to interpret data, provide impactful insights and provide commentary• Experience measuring online channel impact, customer engagement, planning and analysing AB experiments• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• An understanding of website design and structure/navigation and consumer usability principles• Organised and autonomous, able to work collaboratively across functions• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver within a fast-paced environment with agility and adaptability.
