Compensation and Benefits Executive
Because at Storyblok we appreciate the value of our employees, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Executive to be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing equitable and compensation and benefits programs
Establishes strategic and competitive compensation and benefits programs
Reviews, develops, implements, and administers total rewards policies and processes
Works closely with our Talent team to build competitive and equitable compensation offers
Manage job leveling, salary surveys, and market analysis in order to make comprehensive recommendations
What we are looking for
Solid experience in the design and management of compensation plans
Deep understanding and knowledge of rewards and hiring trends
Ability to source, collect and leverage market data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations
Excellent English communication and written skills; any other languages a plus
Be passionate about remote working
