Your experience
- Business or Engineering degree and MBA from top business school
- 5-8 years experience in investment banking, strategic consulting or a startup environment
- Very strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
- Team player, who is able to work in collaborative and diverse environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and think big mentality, always willing to learn and challenge established conventions

About the area
Banking for Growth Companies and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem is a new business unit that will support this entrepreneurial ecosystem with specific products, advice, and financing to meet their needs throughout their whole life cycle. These will include traditional banking products for growth companies, lending products and equity investment in venture capital funds.
The Banking for Growth Companies and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem reports to Client Solutions and works closely with the local banks and CIB business within BBVA’s footprint
