Advice and support our Spanish / Italian Pro customers and make human support the cornerstone of our customer experience! You will be a part of the new B2B Spanish & Italian Sales Team, you will report directly to the IT/ES B2B Sales Manage. ResponsabilitiesGive the best support to pro customers who call us : accompany our pro into their purchases and Manomano Pro website’s handling Generate additional BV through outbound calls , hot leads Give technical advise on our pro specialities : plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, construction works, etc. Maximize satisfaction of our customer and stimulate repurchase: reinsure on delivery and inventory, optimize shipping fees, etc. Be a part of a new team!
