Help develop the full potential of the departments themselves, in coordination with their leadership figures. Actively participate in the department in the Management team, acting as representative and interlocutor of the company and the members of the team itself. Your responsibilities will include:What YOU will do:Develop best practices to achieve department goals. Ensure that all staffs follow department policies and procedures. Analyze any department related issues and provide immediate resolutions. Ensure service levels meet or exceed customer expectations. SSPImprovement proposals and strategy in relation to competitors. Develop department budgets and establish cost-reduction initiatives. Assignment and monitoring of the variables of the commercial team. Definition of processes and improvements therein. Leadership and support of the team. Intervention in key situations (important integrations that are not progressing, resolution of serious incidents with relevant partners, etc. ), in coordination with the Team Leaders. Definition of processes and improvements therein. Consolidate a work team that is versatile and with well-defined functions. Participation in events and talks that may be of interest to the company and, in particular, to the department. NEW BUSINESSCollaborate and coordinate with the Head of BD in the development of new sales strategies. Supervise and monitoring of the variables of the sales team in coordination with the Head of BD. Definition of sales processes and improvements therein in coordination of the Head of BD. Lead demand-supply coordination at process, communication and commercial level. Coordination with the Head of BD to define business strategies, necessary resources and metrics to follow. Proposals for improvement in any aspect of the department. To make the whole team feel motivated and to detect deviations in order to intervene, in coordination with People Dpt. Work with stunning views over sunny Barcelona!Minimum Requirements3+ year experience in the programmatic advertising industry. 4+ year experience like a Team Leader/Head of a Department. Advanced use of Excel. Advanced use of CRM Tools. Knowledge and/or experience in leadership and communication. Desirable knowledge & skills:Native English or high English level. Storyteller with exceptional written communication skills. Result-driven, proactive, organized. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proactive, “can do” attitude. Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
