Attached to the HR Iberia team, you will assist and advise the Human Resources department and the operational departments in terms of labor legislation. Your role revolves around labor relations and general HR support, including training, health and safety and HR projects. Ready for the big jump? What you’ll doAssist HR in the management of relations with Staff Representative BodiesSupport in Collective Labor Agreement negotiation, participating in meetings and elaborating minutes. Assist in all labor topics (e. g. employee representative elections, work calendars, Equality Plan, etc. ) getting a rounded view in the end of end people management processProvide support in all Commissions with Workers representativesAssist in Health and Safety processes and taks, including preparation and review of required documentsSupport the management of business processes, especially those related to change projects involving renegotiation or redesign of a legal frameworkKeep informed of the various developments likely to influence the company, in terms of labor law, formalize all the information collected, and disseminate it within the HR departmentSupport in the implementation of different projects in Labor RelationsProvide support in the management and organization of various HR topics, including training, employee communication and employee engagement.
