We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in SaaS sales and experience in email marketing or marketing tech sales. Your passion for web3 and its potential, combined with your sales expertise, will be essential in driving the success of our sales organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business opportunities (B2B sales) across the entire funnel.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to prospect and conduct outbound sales to web2 and web3 companies.
- Oversee a wide range of web3 specific sales channels: Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Utilize and continuously improve our Hubspot CRM to optimize sales processes and increase revenue.
- Attend and host web3 events, representing Ethermail as an industry leader.
- Generate sales presentations and marketing assets to support sales efforts.
- Work in a diverse remote team, across different time zones, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop and manage sales KPIs, monitoring performance, and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Business Development, and IT teams to align sales efforts with the company's vision and goals.
- Engage with founders and C-level executives of both web3 and web2 companies across all verticals and sizes, building strong relationships and partnerships.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, excellent and professional solution-oriented communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Ethermail's sales organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B Sales/ Sales Leadership roles.
- Nice to have SaaS sales experience.
- Nice to have email marketing or marketing tech sales experience.
- Knowledge of Web3 and Crypto environment.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Professional English.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to work effectively in a team.
- Tools: Hubspot, PowerPoint, LinkedIn.
