It is the easiest and most efficient way to own second homes without any of the typical hassles that comes with home ownership. We purchase, renovate, interior design and manage the homes on behalf of the families and define ourselves by the quality of our homes and the simplicity of our ownership model. Roles and Responsibilities:Be a main point of contact for Homeowners while in-stayOrganise local utilities and Home RegistrationMaintaining and liaising relationships with the Home Experience team. Following the ‘ August way of working and follow processesArrange cleaning, including monitoring and maintaining standardsBe a primary key holderProvide concierge service prior to arrival where required (groceries, Welcome pack)Organise any maintenance, including emergenciesProactivelyLead operational onboarding of new properties and testingArrange and oversee laundering of linenUphold local health and safety and fire safety standards and recordsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritise tasks based on urgency. Document maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and time spent, to maintain accurate records. About youValid drivers license and clean driving record (Use of Own Car or Scooter). Previous experience either in a managerial or supervisory role. Must hold a driving license and have the ability to travel between locations. Experience in property management or hotels. (Minimum 2 years)Strong command of written and spoken English and SpanishGreat knowledge of Barcelona. Especially the Locations we have homes. The ability to independently plan and complete projects with an ownership mindset. The successful candidate will be a well organised individual with excellent communication skills, keen eye for details, strong work ethics and exceptional grasp of legal concepts. Strong organisational skills and a professional manner. Bonus to have an understanding of one or more of the following languages: Italian and French. A flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to be flexible, learn and adapt to a fast growing and scaling business. Proficient with using maintenance equipment and tools. Excellent problem solving skillsHours and Package:Part Time contract 20 hours across 3 days a week to increase as we get more properties. Location: Barcelona, Spain.
