Inside Sales Representative, Uber Eats (Madrid)
About the Role The Sales Representative will focus on bringing on the best restaurants in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria, and you'll apply your skills in cold-calling, emailing, and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success! What You'll Do
- Identify, contact, and acquire the most relevant merchants in your market
- Engage in high-volume cold calling and email outreach to connect with and evaluate decision-makers.
- Improve sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques
- Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products to prospects;
- Conduct contract negotiations with experienced and well-informed prospects, ensuring mutually favorable economic terms for both parties
- Own the entire sales process, which involves prospecting, making initial calls, displaying, negotiating, securing deals, and guiding restaurants through the onboarding process until they effectively complete their first month on the UberEats platform
- Report directly to the Sales Team Lead, who will provide direct support for your professional development and advancement in your role and career.
- You have +1 year of Sales, specifically conducting high-volume outbound cold calling.
- You excel at inspiring potential partners to recognize the advantages UberEats will bring to their businesses
- You have a track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- You have innovative sales strategies to successfully engage with potential clients.
- You have excellent written and communication skills
- You are a well-organized individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- You can handle sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Google Suite)
- Native level of Spanish is required as well as proficiency in English.
