Our Sales team is growing at the speed of light! That's why we're looking for a Head of Sales (based in Barcelona) who has experience building the department's strategy from scratch and is eager to lead a Sales team.
SolarMente has achieved remarkable success, relying solely on customer referrals and our cutting-edge software. Our product has gained immense popularity and customer satisfaction. However, to reach our next milestone, we require a skilled professional like yourself.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. We invite you to share your most impressive project or accomplishment instead of a traditional cover letter.
What will be your challenge?
As the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to align and unify the objectives, projects, and metrics of our Sales team. You will have ownership of the entire customer journey, ensuring consistency across all sales touchpoints and stakeholders. Effectively lead and manage the Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. You will work alongside our marketing and operations teams, in order to make adjustments to customer experience and optimize word of mouth and organic sales growth.
We expect you to not only achieve revenue targets at 100%+ performance (monthly and yearly), but also train and hire our sales managers across Spain to reach 10, 000 new homeowners in the next 24 months. That includes managing and tracking the team’s sales progress efficiently from the sales pipeline to installation using Pipedrive, our own proprietary software, customized reports and regular meetings.
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for our mission, and of course, the ability to turn on a dime when necessary. Ownership and problem-solving skills will be key to success along with a high sense of urgency… global warming does not wait!
You are the ideal person for the position if you. . .
Native in Spanish. Fluent/Advanced in English. Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in sales and/or growth roles, preferably in the consumer products/services sector within a startup environment. Solid understanding of high ticket B2C consumer products in SpainProven track record and experience in high growth companiesYou’re a leader.

Established a highly scalable ambassador/referral program with exceptional growth potential. Designed and implemented a comprehensive and unique customer flow, encompassing lead generation and seamless installation activation on-site.
