Vacancy: Commercial Manager New Business DevelopmentThe M&S department has a vacancy for the position of Commercial Manager New Business Development. As Commercial Manager New Business Development, you will be responsible for managing Portfolio Development projects, from ideation till approval for execution. You will generate new portfolio development opportunities, screen and prioritize them, and establish the business plans for implementation. Your responsibilities also include evaluating and recommending portfolio optimization measures. Main Activities and Responsibilities:Feed the portfolio of new “close to core” products by generating new pipeline opportunitiesScreen, analyze and select top potential opportunities based on standardized criteria and alignment with key internal and external stakeholdersPerform detailed market assessments, validated with external feedback to confirm the potential of each opportunityManage cross-functional teams to gather inputs and build the business plans related to each selected opportunityMaintain the relevant tools to ensure that a continuous is assessed against the defined strategy and criteriaLead project handover to the relevant Commercial FranchiseEvaluate and recommend portfolio optimization measuresRequirements for the Ideal Candidate:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a commercial function in the pharmaceutical industryClear understanding of market dynamics for generic medicines worldwideProactivity and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong project management skills and ability to steer cross-functional teams effectivelyFluent proficiency in English language (written and spoken)Terms and RewardWe offer a local contract in a challenging, comprehensive, operational environment, with many opportunities for personal input and growth.
