Business Project Director
Job Description
As a Media Project Manager, you will be required to apply your knowledge in 360 media strategy and planning to the various cross-functional projects of the advertiser's different brands.
You will need to coordinate all capabilities and practices of the Publicis Group and, in coordination with account directors, lead, develop, or collaborate on strategic and tactical cross-functional projects for all advertiser accounts.
We are seeking candidates with a natural ability in project coordination and a passion for achieving new challenges. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, adaptable to change, and accustomed to working in high-demand environments with great efficiency in meeting deadlines.
How you’d spend your day :
- Developing and collaborating on value-added cross-functional projects for the client, as well as media projects applied to all advertiser brands.
- Collaborating closely with the client to understand their needs and implement the requested projects or proactively propose actions to be taken.
- Being the liaison connecting all resources of the Publicis Group, including the Zenith Client Services team, as well as external agents necessary to carry out all the work.
- Knowing and recruiting all best-case scenarios from the company and understanding their potential application for the market category in which the advertiser operates.
- Defining the structures and storytelling of project presentations.
- Supporting Zenith brand teams, understanding their issues and needs, and establishing projects to unlock situations or enhance our value proposition.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for :
- Ability to manage and lead collaborative projects that require different profiles both internally and from clients or external partners.
- A deep knowledge in media strategy and planning in all its aspects (online and offline).
- To be highly creative, curious, observant, analytical, organized, meticulous, and capable of working under stress on certain occasions, with a clearly organized profile.
- Possessing a natural social ability, with extensive experience in client interaction.
- At least 10 years in the communication sector, of which at least 5 years have been in Media Agencies.
